- Open Check-in and choose the gathering the helper will cover.
- Create a door link and share it only with that helper.
- Ask the helper to open it on the actual phone while connected to the internet.
- Check the gathering name, link expiry and offline-ready message.
- Rehearse finding a guest and recording an arrival before the wedding. Keep an exported list available as a backup.
